What is the cost to have Santa visit from the North Pole?
Family Home Visit (Under 10 Members) - $350
Family Christmas Party (Over 10 Members) - $500
Holiday Business Visit Packages - $500+
There is a $150 dollar additional fee for visits on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
What if I have to cancel?
There is a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Time slots booked for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day have a $150 non-refundable cancellation fee.
What if there is a snowstorm and travel is limited?
You will have two options to choose from.
Option 1: You will get a full reimbursement and a letter from Santa sent to the children with the option to have Santa set up a video call about difficulties with Dancer not wanting to fly.
Option 2: The ability to reschedule once the roads have been cleared.
Is Santa’s beard real?
Yes.
Can I have Santa deliver my kids’ Christmas presents?
Yes, please add it as a special request comment on the booking form.
Will Santa visit with my pet?
Yes, Santa loves pets!
Will Santa visit my kid in the hospital?
It is up to the hospital if we can visit. Hospital visits and photoshoots are part of our ongoing efforts to give back to our community. As we are huge supporters of Children’s Miracle Network of Greater St. Louis we do NOT charge to visit a hospital. Please reach out to Mary to set up a visit.
What is your turnaround time for photos?
The standard turnaround time for photos is 24-48 hours after the photoshoot.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, you will have to sign a ‘Santa’s Visit Services Agreement’.
I set up a visit and paid, what happens now?
Once we have negotiated a time slot, you have 48 hours to pay the invoice before your time slot is no longer guaranteed. Once the invoice is paid, Mary will follow up to make final arrangements.
On the day of Santa’s visit: Mary or Emily will call (or text if you prefer) that morning at 10am to follow up and confirm that everything is ready for the visit with Santa. If we do not hear from you before your scheduled time - after attempting to reach out twice - we will attempt to reach out one final time before assuming the visit is canceled. You will be reimbursed for everything except the non-refundable cancellation fee.
An hour before the visit, Mary or Emily will send a text with an estimated arrival time.
48-72 hours after the visit with Santa, you will receive a text and an email with information on how to access and choose your 5 free photos that are included in your chosen bundle.
Do I get to pick my photos? Can I buy prints of my photos? And what does an online gallery look like?
Yes. All photos will be uploaded to Mary’s Photography Website. You will be sent a link with a one-time code for 5 free digital photos. All additional digital photos and prints will cost extra. You can buy prints and digital downloads. You can click on the Countdown to Christmas image below to see an example.
